About the Job

• Generate client leads for the purchase, sale and leasing of properties.
• Convert leads to grow the portfolio of rental, sales and management properties in the firm’s portfolio.
• Oversee activities that lead up to purchase, sale, lease and/or proper management of listed properties.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Facilitate negotiations advising clients on market conditions, prices and ensuring fair and honest dealings.
• Ensure thorough documentation of transaction process.
• Update and promote listings of available properties.
• Coordinate closing of sales/rental transactions.
• Keep property owners informed on status and activities on listed properties on a regular basis.
• Constantly update own knowledge about real estate markets and best practices.
• Participate actively in marketing of listings.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Prepare proposals and deliver presentations as needed.
• Other assignments and activities that facilitate revenue growth in the assigned business unit.
