Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with developing, planning and implementing their strategy at corporate and board level, ensuring articulated initiatives are practicable and aligned to the company's vision
• Help clients define and deliver transformational initiatives across the organization
• Work collaboratively with clients to shape their future by addressing their most complex and critical growth issues
• Support with the facilitation of client strategy discussions using collaborative methods such as design thinking and agile methodology
• Present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge and strong communication skills
• Lead work stream and analysis on engagements and take responsibility for small teams when required
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management The Person
• Take responsibility for leading consulting engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for our clients
• Identify changes and recommend solutions that will typically involve a combination of customer, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence outcomes
• Manage the day-to-day effort and work of the delivery team
• Analyse, workshop and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge and strong and clear communication skills
• Take responsibility for delivering high quality deliverable and outcomes for our clients
• Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools and thought leadership papers
• Undertake and lead business development activities including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuits
• Support a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring colleagues as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact

Job Requirements
Skills and Competencies:

• 7 - 10 years' core consulting experience or significant experience in financial services
• Master's Degree and other relevant certifications will be an added advantage
• Excellent project management skills
• Business development experience within a consulting environment
• Experience across strategy development and implementation, operational improvement, macroeconomic research and interpretation and financial analysis
• Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Very good proficiency in MS Office suite is essential or similar experience in other industries
• Experience in or exposure to digital and emerging technologies will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate experience interacting with clients at very senior levels
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen, desire to learn and develop and be able to thrive in a really fast paced working environment
