Experience:

• 2+ years teaching experience at secondary school level preferred.
• Experience preparing students for external examinations is an advantage.

Job Description

• Responsible for providing engaging instruction, managing the classroom, assessing pupils’ progress, and supporting their academic, social, and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Teach subjects according to the primary school curriculum.
• Develop pupils’ literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills.
• Assess pupils through classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Provide support for pupils with different learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records of pupils’ performance and attendance.
• Communicate pupils’ progress with parents and school management.
• Participate in school activities and professional development programmes.

Requirements
 Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, NCE, or relevant teaching qualification.
• PGDE is an advantage for non-education graduates.
• TRCN certification preferred.

Experience:

• 1–2 years teaching experience at primary school level preferred.
• Experience teaching literacy and numeracy skills is an advantage.
