    Sales Team Lead

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the achievement and monitoring of set targets of the sales team.
    • Responsible for the management of the team to ensure that a high level of work ethics and professionalism is displayed
    • Provide strong leadership to assist the team with their development and day to day requirements
    • Coordinate team meetings to ensure strong communication and feedback opportunities
    • Provide coaching to increase the capability of team members in specific areas of need.

    • Provide strong leadership to assist the team with their development and day to day requirements
    • Responsible for the achievement and monitoring of set targets of the sales team.
    • Set up meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's products and services.
    • Implement sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team.
    • Initiate, coordinate and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan, budget and strategies that will guarantee the achievement of the target across the business.
    • Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market
    • Prepare and deliver sales reports, team members individual performance and sales related goals to management.
    • Achieve monthly objectives and KPIs

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree qualification
    • 3-5years successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

    Salary

    • Base pay is N100,000 net and a very attractive commission structure.
