    Sales Manager –Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) - Gas Service

    • You'll use your knowledge to develop market strategies in a diverse client environment.
    • You'll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.

    As the Sales Manager you will be:

    • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
    • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
    • Selling Bently Nevada services to existing and new customers within the market segments in the area
    • Shaping commercial intensity within the defined territory to generate a quality pipeline and to grow the business.
    • Leading a department with large estimated orders.
    • Working with (technical) sales support to realize sales to improve efficiency within the account.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7years of sales experience in rotating equipment & gas turbines.
    • Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (please indicate clearly on resume)
    • Have experience in developing sales strategy and proactively growing business.
    • Demonstrate expertise in collaborating, influencing, and motivating teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects.
    • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
    • Show good, general technical knowledge of energy technology products and services, alongside customer needs and requirements.
    • Be able to travel locally for customer meetings, site surveys, client’s engagements.

    Job Description

    As a Site Contract Performance Manager you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team, located onsite in Ekket throughout Nigeria .You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects globally. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products and processes.

    As a Site Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Leading the on-site project delivery for our customers to ensure issues are resolved and progress is on-track
    • Developing and agreeing design project deliverables to ensure contractual and functional requirements are met
    • Performing negotiations and contract administration on assigned proposals to ensure a reasonable quote
    • Advocating for the customer through providing support to our team on assigned contracts
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements
    • Reviewing maintenance plan in accordance with latest standards and policies and update internal tools accordingly.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma/GED with professional experience gained from a Services environment
    • Show good experience in Services of Gas Turbine, Compressors, and industrial plants.
    • Be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in project management principals (e.g. CAPM or PMP)
    • Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate ( please indicate clearly on resume)
    • Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
