• We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Ogijo. Your primary focus will be to drive sales of refractory products to clients in the steel, ceramics, cement, and sugar industries e.t.c.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the target industries.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of proven experience in sales management within the cement, ceramic steel, or sugar industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Generating inquiries from customers and submitting offers within speculated time.
• Regular customer visits, understanding their needs & future potential, analyzing the problems faced by them (if any) & solving the problem.
• Smooth execution of the orders received.
• Customer relationship management.
• Responsible for report preparation & presentation when and as required for the Sales team as well as for the whole unit

Job Summary

• As an IT- Infrastructure Engineer you will play a vital role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure and reliable IT infrastructure systems, including Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012/2016, and similar technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot a variety of network printers, keeping workflows running smoothly.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, efficiently resolving issues through the helpdesk portal.
• Install and configure network devices like L2/L3 switches, routers, access points, RF devices, and more. Familiarity with fiber network infrastructure is a plus.
• Oversee, manage, and commission new IT projects to ensure successful implementation.
• Leverage your knowledge of CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning (a plus).

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT project handling & CCTV project handling (a plus)
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts and technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
