Sales Coordinator at LMU Concrete & Blocks Industry

Location: Ibeju Lekki Lagos

Experience: 3 years

Preferred Age: Not less than 28Years

Responsibilities:

• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison.
• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

Requirements / Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
• Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or similar course.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
