Sales and Marketing Associate at A Promotional Product and Packaging Manufacturing Company

A promotional product and packaging manufacturing company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced sales and marketing individual, to develop and execute sales strategies for our products across various platforms while maintaining client relationships.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Respond to all client enquiries about products and services via phone or email
• Proactively reach out to potential and prospective clients
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Coordinate with digital marketing colleagues to implement strategies across all digital channels
• Prepare periodic Newsletters to database of clients
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services.
• Analyse trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially
• improve marketing and sales performance
• Present regular performance reports
• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
• including marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures etc

Experience/Qualification

• Bachelors/HND degree in Business, Marketing , Communications or related field
• 2-5yrs Experience in sales & marketing and customer service
• Graphic art experience is an added advantage
