    Retail Sales Executive

    As the Retail Sales Executive in SKLD Integrated Services Limited, you are (to):

    • Attend politely and courteously to all walk-in clients irrespective of their status, dressing, request or attitude.
    • Acquaint yourself with all company’s products and services. You must be able to cross sell and up sell products.
    • Advise customers on available organization’s products
    • Build positive and productive relationship with clients. It’s advisable that you know them by names and always address them with a title.
    • Inform your reporting line manager of every client issues and resolutions experienced at the end of every work day.  Note for urgent ones, please immediately notify the Store manager.
    • Attend to clients’ inquiries and complaints. Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion
    • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction
    • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Present and portray a positive image of the organization, its products and services to clients
    •  Be familiar with the products and their prices.
    • Give regular updates on stock level to the store manager
    • Recommend potential products or services to the store manager by collecting customer information
    • Keep records of sales proceeds at the end of the day
    • Work together as a team with other colleagues.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Proficiency in Microsoft packages
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Attention to details
    • Ability to Up-Sell and Cross –Sell products
    • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
    • Be able to work under pressure especially during peak period
    • HND/Bsc in any relevant field
    • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Customer Services and Retail Operations.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an innovative and driven business development executive to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for analyzing our customer base and current sales strategies and identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability. 

    We are seeking a candidate who is creatively-minded, great with relationship management and eager to think outside the box when it comes to our customers and their needs. Candidates with experience in sales who are analytically minded and driven will do well in this role.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Analyze our strategic business offerings and current customer portfolio to identify potential sales opportunities
    • Build strong relationships with customers and company stakeholders
    • Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
    • Negotiate transaction value and delivery timelines
    • Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts
    • Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
    • 2 years proven sales experience. Experience in garment production , product distribution or education supplies is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with relevant technology tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (excel and power point) and relevant enterprise and CRM software
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
    • Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
    • Skills of persuasion

    Data Analyst Executive

    Job Overview

    The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of the Data Analytics Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting of business data to enhance overall business decisions per time. Also, his responsibilities shall involve to turn data into information, information into insights and insights into business decisions.  

    Responsibilities

    • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain database
    • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide timely reports
    • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other analytic strategies 
    • Periodic performance appraisal for product vendors in terms of their product sales
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    • Routinely check product margins
    • Constantly check  stores' inventory availabilities to limit missed sales effect
    • Give initiative insights on areas of analytic improvements
    • Present data point opportunities to the lead and in turn the management team.

    Skills & Qualification

    • Technical expertise in Data Modes &Data Mining 
    • Proficient at queries,report writing and presenting findings
    • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or any relevant field.
    • 2-3 years in a similar role with a proven track record
