We are in need of relationship Officers well experienced in selling VAS Apis, Collections & Debits platforms and manage the sales pipeline for the assigned portfolio.

Job Description

• Building positive relationships with customers
• Sign on merchants on SageCloud
• Sign on billers on sagecloud
• Assist with generating new business
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
• Ensure that the billers and merchants signed uses the product 
• Approach potential customers to establish relationships
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Relationship Officer in a financial organization preferably a fintech
• Knowledge of relationship management practices
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• B.Sc /BA in Business Administration or similar field
