    Regional Sales Manager (Medical Consumables)

    Requirements

    • Develop, present, and sell value proposition.
    •  Route to market for the North
    • Territory development and management of the North
    •  Forecasting and planning for the region
    • Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.
    • Strategize sales plans for short- and long-term objectives.
    • Inform on regional competitive activities and overall marketplace on time.
    • Counsel, train, and coach direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals.
    • Set goals and monitor performance of sales representatives and direct reports.
    • Follow desired standards of consistency, fairness, and honesty.
    • Manage company products, services, features, and benefits knowledge.
    • Inform on competitive services, promotional matter, sales technique, pricing, and marketing policies.
    • Analyse account profitability and determine sales technique, advertising, and market penetration with sales representatives.
    • Promote Organization and reaffirm Corporate image through ad hoc events and incorporate image into sales effort.
    • Build relationships with professional services consulting and education field managers to develop joint account plans.
    • Gather and submit responses to RFPs
    • Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price quotations and support contract negotiations.
    • Monitoring and ensuring team report are filled and sent in on time.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly report for management on regional activities.
    • Foster relationships with Marketing, Product Support, Finance and employees.
