The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within a designated region.
This leadership position focuses on managing, mentoring, and guiding sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize regional sales performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree / HND in Business Administration, insurance or related discipline.
Professional qualifications / mernbership (ie., CIIN, etc.) would be an added advantage.
Minirnum Of 5 years' experience in a related role.
Proven track record of managing and leading successful sales teams within the insurance industry.
Existing network of contacts within the insurance industry.
