Real Estate Product Development Manager at a Foremost Real Estate Firm

A foremost real estate company in Lagos is searching for a versatile and smart Real EstateProduct Development Manager for its Mass Housing Development efforts.

Requirements:

• First Degree with experieince in real estate product development.
• Masters in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Must be a graduate of foreign University.

The Real Estate Product Development Manager will among others be responsible for the followings:

• Design and execute growth strategies.
• Handle business presentations.
• Advise management on when and how to place company’s products in market.
• Work with Architecture Consultants to come up with acceptable product designs for each location.
• Reduce all financial and corporate risks by ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and processes.
• Carry out risk assessment for all company’s products and intending products.
• Work as strategic visualizer for intended real estate projects and advise on house designs for different locations.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics.
• Develop content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. 
• Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns. 
• Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
