    Quality Control & Compliance Manager

    Job Summary
    To ensure service performance and operational processes comform toregulatory, statutory, customer and organisational standards, through the development and implementation of a robust quality assurance systems

    Selection Criteria

    • B.Sc Qualification; Master's Qualification is an added advantage
    • 7+ years experience in a related field
    • Relevant certification in Quality management system
    • Experience in a service -oriented and e-commerce environment preferred
    • Cross-functional collaboration
