    Project Management Officer

    Job summary

    • Project Management Office (PMO) Managers oversee business projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget.
    • They also ensure all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution.
    • Oversee all aspects of projects, Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
    • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish Project Governance Structure
    • Provide Management Report
    • Priorities Projects as per strategic Business Objectives
    • Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning
    • Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication

    Academic Qualification

    • A good bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline
    • PMI Certification (PMP, PRINCE 2)
    • ITIL
    • CISA (added advantage)
    • P3O

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Ability to perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Job Summary

    Academic Qualifications

    • A good Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline
    • Possession of a Master’s degree and/or ISO 27001/22301/20000, COBIT 2019, CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP would be an advantage
    • Working knowledge of frameworks standards and regulations, including PCI, ISO 27001/22301/20000, NIST CSF, GDPR, COBIT
    • Experience in conduct VAPT would an advantage.

    Experience:

    • 5 - 7 years of experience in an information systems environment, with strong knowledge of IT Governance and Systems Information Security.
