Job Description

• Our client, a packaged water production company located in Lagos is in need of a Production Manager to manage the operations and day-to-day activitiesof the business.

Resposibilities

• Responsible for production goals.
• Responsible for product quality control.
• Direct and coordinateoperations within company policy and guidelines.
• Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.
• Select and train plant staff.
• Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
• Ensure maintenance of the clean and safe plant.
• Communicate with all levels of personnel with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attend corporate training and meetings.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly
