    Job Purpose

    • We start by identifying a problem, then we throw our ideas, talent and technology and delivery capabilities at it! The Product Manager role encompasses the definition and application of our strategic roadmap in terms of defining product requirements; leading the creation of excellent product marketing; measuring product performance; driving forward market success of products, working with cross functional agile delivery teams to deliver product elements and acting as an ambassador for the product internally and externally.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Defining the why, when, and what of all products, setting Go-To-Market and Route-To-Market strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for product lines,
    • Working closely with the Strategy and Planning Manager to analyze the market and competitive conditions, laying out differentiated productsТ vision, delivering unique value propositions based on market needs, and creating commercially valuable products that meet market needs and that are ahead of the competition,
    • Mapping product strategy to market trajectory ensuring a thorough understanding of competitive offerings to create a compelling proposition to target market and articulating this positioning to the Business Development, Marketing and Distribution Teams,
    • Driving continuous feedback loop; improvement/enhancements and releases for products,
    • Own product business plan and deliver superior product performance in several parameter while also delivering superior Return on Investment,
    • Work closely with cross functional teams to maximise awareness of the products and services in the market and support the Business Development team to generate new commercial opportunities and distribution team to close sales across channels,
    • Champion both market and business feedback to drive continuous product innovation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree, MSC/MBA preferred
    • Project Management Certification is an added advantage
    • 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced and multinational environment, having managed at least two entire product development iterations from concept to launch
    • Strong analytical approach to product development cycle, applying user and market insights and working with the Business Analyst to define product requirements and support product backlog prioritization
    • Expertise in bringing a new product to market through discovery, delivery and launch and demonstrable success in managing successful products
    • Strong leadership and team capabilities Ц able to engage with, motivate, drive success in cross-functional teams
    • Strong understanding of agile development approach
