Job Summary

• Incumbent being a Practice lead - Cyber Security Business Unit is responsible for driving the Cyber Security Business (PaloAlto, Fortinet, Trendmicro, Sophos, Microfocus and F5) across industry / region.
• Incumbent is responsible to drive overall practice growth through strategic positioning of products, converting opportunities into purchase orders, monitoring of Sales processes and Business Target assigned for each OEM, OEM Certification expectations, Trainings, Product Deliveries. Hitch free Collaboration among the business units and the execution of new goals.
• Over time, incumbent is able to build a repeatable SOP across the Business Units

Responsibilities includes:

• For strongly position the Cyber Security Portfolio (Gateway Security, End point security, Application Security, Application Performance Delivery Solutions and others) to all enterprise customers through sales team or directly and ensure that OEM wise business target is achieved.
• Monitor OEM expectations vis a vis company performance defined as per KPIs.
• Building and Maintaining Good relationship with OEMs.
• Maintain OEM Certifications and Sales staff Training
• Maintain or upgrade the partnership level with respective OEM as per the target for the respective financial yea

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 6+ years proven experience in a sales position
• Good network within OEMs (PaloAlto, Fortinet, TrendMicro, Sophos, Microfocus and F5)
• Good Distributors / Suppliers’ network
• Knowledge of sales metrics/process.

• Sold technical support experience in large scale cyber security projects and mission-critical infrastructures is an advantage
• Familiar withCybercrime and IT fraud (Spoofing, Forged Email, Phishing sites)is a plus.
• Holding one or more of the following certificates is an advantage(e.g. CISSP, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+, ITILv3, etc.)
• Certified on minimum 2 OEM platforms such as PaloAlto or Fortinet, TrendMicro or Sophos, Microfocus, F5
