Photo Studio Manager at 363 Photography Studios

We are looking to hire Photo Studio Managers for our studios in Lagos.

The Photo Studio Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of his/her assigned studio branch. This person will be tasked with the primary responsibility of analyzing and improving customer relationships and work to ensure quality delivery, productivity, and efficiency.

Job functions include:

• Provide inspired leadership for the studio branch
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching front office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity
• Driving revenue generation

Qualifications and Experience

- A minimum of BSc in any area of study but preferably Business Administration

- At least 4 years of experience in office administration
