    Minimum Qualifications / Experience

    • Bachelor of Science in any related field
    • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to the MD
    • MS Office and English proficiency
    • 4 -7 years experience.

    Workshop / Fleet Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking for a Workshop/Fleet Manager to facilitate the smooth running of the workshop, coordinate a team of workshop personnel, establish procedures and standards of operations, and ensure that all equipment is in line with operational requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and ensure the implementation of mechanical services in compliance with Company protocols.
    • Organizing servicing schedule for vehicles and equipment.
    • Supervising any repair or maintenance work performed in the workshop and at project sites.
    • Ensure appropriate standards, performing regular checks of mechanical tools and completing the corresponding record sheets.
    • Establish productivity expectations and tracks the production and activity of the workshop workforce.
    • Regularly reports progress on workshop activities and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Management.
    • Ensures that all materials used in the workshop meet defined standard.
    • Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a workshop/fleet manager.
    • Experience as a Fleet Manager will be an advantage.
    • Extensive Knowledge of mechanical issues and general repairs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and accounts concurrently
    • Extensive knowledge in content distribution and proven records of content distribution
    • Extensive knowledge of content monetization across all digital and streaming platforms.
    • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
    • Knowledge in youtube SEO and google ad's SEO
    • Must have experience in the media and entertainment industry with proven records of success on content marketing on youtube, google ads and social media marketing.
