    Personal Assistant to the CEO

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
    • Handle requests and queries appropriately
    • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Take dictation and minutes of meetings.
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
    • Devise and maintain an office filing system

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Secretarial Studies or a related field.
    • At least 2 years proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Extensive experience in MS Office usage.
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

    Responsibilities

    • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
    • Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
    • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.

    Requirements
