    Partnership Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION 

    Cavic Nigeria is looking for a Partnership Manager to join our growing team. In this role, your goal is to activate partner relationships to help grow the occupancy of our space and increase revenue. The Partnership manager's responsibilities will include generating unique sales plans that when implemented will translate to sales of our work and event spaces. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who is full of ideas on how to create strategic relationships with targeted partners.

    PARTNERSHIP MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

    • Focus on company revenue growth objectives
    • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits
    • Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
    • Cultivate leads and develop a targeted list of prospects via inbound leads, networking, and other sources. Prospects are not currently limited by territory or area.
    • Negotiate and finalize deals following the company’s contract guidelines and policies
    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, proposals, webinars, and sales presentations as needed.
    • Report on sales progress, pipeline reporting, and attainment of goals; create accurate forecasts for new clients on a weekly and monthly basis via pipeline reports.
    • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
    • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
    • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills

    • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy

    EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

    • Previous working experience as a  Partnership Manager 
    • 3-5 years relevant work experience
    • Bsc in Business administration or a related field  
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strategic thinker
