    OSP Planning and Design Technician

    Department: Wireline Maintenance.
    Status: Outsourced role.
    Location: Lagos

    Academic Qualification:
    B.Sc telecom, Engineering or Applied Sc.

     Functional Skills:

    • Proven track records of maintenance and management of metro or long distance Fibre optic infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of telecom industry best practices, norms and technical requirements with regard to Fibre and civil work maintenance.
    • FTTx and/ or P2P Fibre deployment and maintenance experience are distinct advantage.
    • Understanding Fibre network architectures, design and splice plans.
    • *An inherent culture of documenting concise and accurate “As-Is” status of network elements and splice configuration,in a consistent manner.
    • *Experience in processing ROW License with local Authorities/State Regulatory Agencies

    Work Experience :

    • At least 2 years in telecommunications industry,with experience in Fibre network deployment and outside plant maintenance.
    • Specific knowledge of civil works planning applications with Nigerian Local Authorities.

      Academic Qualification: *HND Eng./Computer Science/ Marketing/Sales/ or any other related disciplines.

      Functional Skills:

    • Understanding if communications network, experience in b2b, B2C sales environment;field sales.

    Work Experience :

    Experience Center Officer

    DEPARTMENT: Customer Experience & Advocacy.

    STATUS: Outsourced.

    WORK SCHEDULE: 8am – 5pm weekdays and Saturdays (shift) 11am-2pm

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICAION:

    B.SC/HND Business Admin & Mgt or related field.

    WORK EXPERIENCE.

    1-2 years in relevant field.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Can drive understanding and engagement with the customer.
    • Respond to queries, customers need and rendering before and after sales service.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi task.
    • Escalating all issues that can’t be solved at experience center to appropriate department or Supervisor and also follow up on such cases. * Build and maintain client relationships and internal communication flows. * Handle sales Transactions.
    • Prepare and daily/monthly reports.
    • *Be key touch point (point of contact) for all customer-facing business functions, e.g. customer acquisition and retention.
    • *Able to give and receive feedback effectively.
    • Creative and detail oriented and highly motivated team player.
    • Experience using computers to develop materials, presentations and use of email. Knowledge of Internet/ Intranets.
    • *Perform other duties as Assigned.
