Coordinate with all staff at their various stations to make sure jobs are done adequately and all instructions followed. Weekly and monthly reports are expected aside from issues that need urgent attention.
Re-arrange all documents use in the bid process.
Familiarize with all documents in the system to enable easy access during bid processes.
Prepare and make sure all documentations are ready for bidding for jobs/businesses.
Provision of all required materials and information as when needed.
Non disclosure of company information to outsiders.
All assignments must be submitted on time and not until required by The MD
All assignments must be finished before the close of work except authorize otherwise by The MD.
Purchase of business Journals to source for jobs
Other duties as may be assigned.
Educational qualification, OND/HND/B.Sc
Minimum of 2 years work experience in operation, project management and supervisory role
Driving experience necessary and must possess a valid driving license
Computer literacy (MS Office suite – Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a range of cultures and organizational levels.
Must be resident within the Airport Ikeja/ Mafoluku/ Oshodi axis.
Must be able to travel on short notice
Must be ready for immediate Engagement.
