    Customer Service Representative

    We're looking for a person that have working experience,

    Customer Service Representative, or Customer Service Assistant, handles customer interaction for an organisation. Their top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records.

    Responsibilities:

    • Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
    • Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
    • Maintaining a database of customer information
    • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
    • Checking product or service availability.

    Customer Service Representative skills and qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
    • Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities.

    Health Consultation

    We're looking for a person that have working experience,

    nurse consultant is a nurse who has specialised. In this role, the nurse’s main responsibility is to create a link between different stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, legal representatives and patients. A nurse consultant is in charge of assessing patients from a medical standpoint, but also from a legal perspective. Typically, they work for a healthcare institution, an insurance company or a government agency. The role is varied, and each patient’s case is different.

    Responsibilities:

    • connecting with patients and assessing their health
    • communicating with any carers involved
    • delivering any necessary educational sessions on care, doctor’s recommendations and medication
    • identifying and investigating any malpractice
    • preparing case notes for legal stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • being an expert in a specific area of practice
    • continuing to learn, develop and research
    • having soft skills such as leadership, analytics or consultancy
    • having sufficient years of experience and being specialised.

    Requirements:

    Any individual wishing to become a nurse consultant needs to complete one years of full-time work as a nurse. These years, provide the appropriate experience to become a nurse consultant and complete the associated undergraduate course. From a knowledge perspective, it is also essential that nurse consultants are specialised in a specific field. They need to hold enough expertise to be able to make the best choices and decisions in their role as nurse consultants. This need for expertise makes experience a must for the role.
