Office Assistant / Cleaner at Cherie's Interior

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Making copies and scanning documents according to the needs of the office.
• Assist in setting up of office equipment for meetings/ workshops/seminars.
• Dispatching both internal and external communications.
• Assist in monitoring the stock level of toiletries, stationeries, and other office supplies.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining office filing system.
• Mopping of floors and cleaning window panes at resumption & close of work and when necessary.
• Sweeping and dusting of the offices.
• Keeping all items clean such as hand towels, napkins, teacups
• Keeping the office vicinity clean at all times.
• Carry out routine checks for dirt during working hours.
• Keeping the toilets/restrooms clean at all times.
• Serving of refreshments during meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist with the Procurement of toiletries, stationeries, and other office supplies.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment and proper use and upkeep of company property.

Job Qualifications

• SSCE / GCE / NECO
• Experience: 2 - 4 years.
