    Mobile Application Developer (iOS & Android)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a strong mobile app developer who welcomes both engineering and maintenance tasks. The primary focus will be to implement new user interfaces and features together with automated unit and integration tests.
    • A mobile app developer uses programming languages and development skills to create, test, and develop applications on mobile devices. They work in popular operating system environments like iOS and Android and often take into account UI and UX principles when creating applications.
    • You will also be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated. The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You’ll also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing features for new requirements and functionality across Company’s iOS/Android mobile app platforms using Google’s Flutter
    • Maintaining and growing the mobile app platform’s API library. Includes updating API’s and creating new APIs as needed
    • Triaging and correcting mobile app defects
    • Reviewing and translating business requirements/user stories into development requirements in coordination with Scrum Team activities/procedures
    • Participating in Scrum Team design review meetings to establish designs and approaches for user stories and requirements
    • Participating in Tech Review meetings with development team members to define technical approaches for established stories/designs
    • Troubleshooting issues reported by users to correct application and API defects/anomalies
    • Designing, developing, and testing software to meet requirements and design specifications in accordance with development standards and procedures
    • Participate in code reviews and training programs
    • Maintaining automated deployment/build procedures and mobile app distribution procedures
    • Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
    • Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
    • Fixing bugs and performance problems
    • Writing clean, readable, and testable code
    • Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions

    Academic Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field

    Professional Qualification:

    • Any relevant Professional Qualification

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
    • Deep knowledge of mobile platforms on which the app runs, e.g., Android, iOS, etc.}
    • Proficiency with writing automated tests in {JUnit, Espresso, Mocha, Jest, Enzyme, XCTest, etc.
    • Familiarity with the JSON format
    • Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications
    • Familiarity with push notifications
    • Experience working with git-based source control on a development team
    • Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences
    • Proficiency in {flutter/Java//Objective-C/JavaScript/C#, etc
    • Experience delivering a product that is centered around great customer experience
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as internal teams
    • Experience with offline databases (i.e., Realm).

    Professional Service Engineer

    Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

    Job Description / Responsibilities

    • Installation and configuration of network devices such as: routers, switches, firewall and access points.
    • Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until the customer is satisfied.
    • Communicate with clients to determine their needs and explain complex issues.
    • Identify faults or performance issues within the customer network.
    • Perform Site Survey / Wifi survey: Perform site inspection/survey and propose a network design.
    • LAN Audit: Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and other network and system problems.
    • Hotspot survey and installation: Perform site inspection/survey for hotspot users and configure it in accordance with their requirements.
    • Firewall: Deploying firewall (mostly Sophos UTM) and endpoints for clients. Troubleshoot to identify issues and resolve it.

    Core Competencies

    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Good knowledge of networking technologies - TCP/IP, DNS etc.
    • Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach.
    • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
    • Strong diagnostic, analysis and problem resolution skills with a flexible approach to problem-solving.

    • Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload.

    Account Management Officer

    Location: Lekki, Phase I, Lagos

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide optimum customer relationship as required to maintain and enhance existing business, resulting in repeat business, and preventing customer churning.
    • Escalation of all clients payment issues to assigned Sales Representatives for follow up in a timely manner
    • Follow up on all clients WHT remittance, collection of Credit Notes for remitted WHT from clients and internet subscription on a monthly bases.
    • Improve the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
    • Schedule and conclude status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.
    • Provide proper account reconciliation and credit notes to customers for down time experienced.
    • Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
    • Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
    • Develop and update client related reports.
    • Identify and reports on continuing problems in an effort to minimize future negative customer impact.
    • Proactively follow up disconnected clients to get their links reconnected and resolve issues.
    • Manage customer portfolio to maximize relationship building opportunities.
    • Run periodic customer satisfaction survey.

    Specialization:

    • Client Relationship Management, Retention, Revenue Collection and Account Reconciliation.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in any related field or equivalent.
    • 3+ years' Client Relationship experience. Preferably in an Internet Solution Provider client facing environment while being professional and Customer focused.
    • Stays calm under stress and proactive in problem solving.
    • Tactful, courteous, and possess the ability to build profitable relationship with Clients.
    • Active listener, articulate speaker, and adaptable to client peculiarity.
    • Great telephone etiquette; ability to hold a decent conversation over the phone, processing information received from clients and giving accurate responses clients.
    • Ability to function in a multi-tasking environment.
    • 3+ years PC experience using electronic messaging systems (emailing, texting and chatting), office productivity software (such as Excel, Word processing, Microsoft Outlook and internet surfing).

    Skills and Specifications:

    • Fluency in English; excellent communication (Oral & Written) skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
    • Knowledge of account management and relationship building process; Prior experience in business development process will be an advantage.
    • Must meet strict deadlines.
    • Ability to type fast, receiving and sending large email correspondence to clients.
    • Ability to make large number of calls and receiving same from clients.
    • Excellent knowledge basic accounting principles; account reconciliation, Taxation (Withholding Tax & Value Added Tax application) and aggressively follow up on client’s debts/revenue collection.
    • Good knowledge of invoicing and preparation credit notes to clients.
