    Merchandise Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise merchandisers across all locations, monitoring and ensuring the provision of premium service to customers which will result in sales.
    • Monitor and ensure maintenance of merchandising standards in assign area.
    • Develop and maintain an effective activity schedule and ensure compliance to time frame.
    • Coordinate with customers and design various store décor plans and provide upgrades.
    • Analyze store observation programs and validate various store process.
    • Manage all general orders and special assignment for organization.
    • Monitor all placements for store section and allocate resources appropriately.
    • Monitor all ad sign board for department and ensure cleanliness.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in a Technical field.
    • About 5 years of practical experience in-store sales with at least 2 years at a supervisory level.

    Technology Support Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage preventative maintenance and software re-engineering activities
    • Identify and resolve technical issues, while maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
    • Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for the organisation’s softwares and systems
    • Analyse data to determine an application's specifications and requirements and develop reports for teams across the business
    • Ensure that requirements are met, such as performance and security.
    • Explore opportunities to optimise the delivery of systems services with emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, and security
    • Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation of technical architecture, code changes, issue resolutions and procedures
    • Lead software diagnostics and real-time debugging and/or troubleshooting
    • Manage ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
    • Schedule installations and upgrades in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and protocols
    • Provide advice on issues such as maintenance of hardware assets, licensing of software, and legal obligations such as compliance with Government data protection standards
    • Participate in the execution of projects, issue resolution, change management and work closeout
    • Contribute to knowledge management system(s) to facilitate standard procedures for issue resolution
    • Deliver regular and customised training on technology support to IT teams

    Key Requirements
    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or any related discipline from a reputable tertiary institution
    • Relevant professional certifications required
    • Four to six (4-6) years cognate experience including specific experience with network infrastructure, operations, application support.

    Autocard Designer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the drafting, documentation, layout, and design of spaces for supermarket, cold room, and storage warehouses.
    • Developing product designs from scratch.
    • Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
    • Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software.
    • Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
    • Presenting various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations.
    • Finalizing AutoCAD models.
    • Presenting models to clients.
    • Completing job reports.

    Requirements

    • A First Degree in a technical field
    • 2-3 years of proven practical experience
    • Proficient in the use of Google Sketchup and Autocad.

    Restaurant Manager

    Requirements

    • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor, particularly in the QSR industry
    • 2+ years of management experience is required
    • Previous experience overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant including hiring, training, and creating work schedules for restaurant staff
