    Marketing Officer

    Location: Ilorin, Kwara

    Job Description

    • We are looking for passionate Marketing Officers to plan and oversee the Restaurant’s marketing activities and campaigns.
    • You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
    • A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles.
    • The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
    • The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
    • Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
    • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
    • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
    • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
    • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
    • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
    • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
    • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
    • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Creativity and commercial awareness
    • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
    • ND / HND / B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

    Procurement Officer

    Location: Ilorin, Kwara

    Job Description

    • Source for the most reliable suppliers for items at a reasonable price and ensure supply in good time
    • Coordinate the central supply of items
    • Follow up with account on vendor payment and escalate in peculiar cases
    • Carry out Market survey of products
    • Communicate prices of items to outlet in good time
    • Proper vendor management

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc or equivalent
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
    • Two (2) years previous experience as procurement officer
    • Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
    • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
    • Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Accurate and precise attention to detail

    Delivery Analyst

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensuring our platforms are operating at a high level and restaurants are delivering efficiently
    • Frequent testing of app vis a vis document shared, international competitors and local competitors
    • Review real-time service timings vis, a vis laid down service standards 
    • Frequently monitoring all online operations like orders, delays, cancellations, food unavailability, response time, deactivation of food from menu etc. to ensure the desired results are produced and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
    • Review adherence to packaging processes 
    • Frequent review of timeliness at all outlets
    • Take responsibility for resolving all issues related to online ordering and delivery process to customers
    • Visit location to Identify any delivery bottlenecks and correct accordingly.
    • Send frequent WhatsApp/Email messages to potential customers
    • Review reports and action on issues, exceptions, opportunities
    • Review and report performances by customer, location and products
    • Roll out delivery to other locations based on available information
    • Identify new opportunities to introduce sales into the customer journey or increase the volume of sales.
    • Institute, monitor and constantly review appropriate and effective reward management system to get the best out of inhouse/3rd party delivery riders
    • Educate/ Train cashiers and supervisors on processes and procedures involved
    • Manage vendors (riders) and overall rider logistics issues as they arise

    Requirements

    • Educational background - OND / HND
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent problem-solving skill

    Customer Care Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handling enquiries/ issues from customers over the phone 
    • Daily compilations of shift and CCTV reports across all outlets
    • Daily compilations of customer feedback (hard & electronic copy) across all outlets
    • Daily compilations of google feedback, Instagram and Jumia review across all outlets
    • Daily compilation of proposed new locations suggested by customers across all outlets
    • Compilations and consolidation of customer feedback
    • Compilations of number of staff complaints across all outlets
    • Management of WhatsApp enquiries and issues across all outlets
    • Management of all customer database across all outlets
    • Daily compilation of defective issue log across all outlets
    • Management of our company's website
    • Management of our customer service website
    • Management of our google review website

    Requirements

    • Educational background - OND/HND
    • Good use of microsoft office/ ability to accurately key information in database
    • Outstanding phone and email etiquette
    • Exceptional communication and persuasive skill
