    Marketing Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the marketing team and monitor performance
    • Create targets and surprise its accomplishment
    • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
    • Demonstrating and presenting products establishing new business
    • Maintaining accurate records
    • Reviewing sales performance
    • Negotiating contracts and packages
    • Working towards monthly or annual targets.

    Qualifications

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
    • 2 - 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communicator.
    • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

    Salary

    • N75,000 - N80,000 monthly.

    Account Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
    • Ensure completion of bank reconciliations and reconcile subledgers to the general ledgers.
    • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
    • Record office expenditures and ensure these expenses are within the set budget.
    • Observe the following on all tasks, emails/communication, phone calls and relationship within the team and with all clients - Timeliness, Promptness, Correctness, Error-free, Paying attention to details, decency, respect, excellence, professionalism.

    HR and Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • Handle daily work administrative roles
    • Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department.
    • Create materials to train and onboard the employees.
    • Respond to inquiries of employees with respect to benefits like the precedent, number of qualified vacation days, etc.
    • Ensure a proper screening and short listing of applicants.
    • Ensures the timely preparation of letter of appointment, Job offer & contract for new hires.
    • Manage vacancy announcements.

    Academic Qualifications

    Field Clearing & Forwarding Officer

    Job Description

    • Handling timely order execution & documentation like Pre & Post shipment documents.
    • Ensure timely clearing of goods at the ports to their final destination.
    • Liaising with the shipping company on all issues with consignment.
    • Interface with all the government-approved regulatory agencies in connection with the required documents and certifications.
    • Managing demurrages, port charges within specified norms.
    • Any other assignment that may be given from time to time by superior officers.

    Requirements

    • SSCE in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a Clearing & Forwarding Company in Nigeria.
    • Ability to handle customs and shipping companies for imports, temporary importation, and Exports.
    • Able to work independently
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Salary
    N45,000 - N50,000 monthly.
