    About the Role

    • The role of a Marketing Manager requires you to deliver the knowledge, tools, collateral and programs that will enable effective marketing and selling of our digital products.
    • Your primary responsibility is to grow our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
    • The ideal candidate will possess the right mix of leadership, passion, energy and experience to establish and run our marketing and communication operations.
    • The right candidate will have in-depth understanding of the Nigerian consumer market, with experience designing and implementing market penetration and customer acquisition strategies.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop strategies for the marketing and sales operation of the firm.
    • Build a high performance, innovative and creative marketing and sales team.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to obtain a wide coverage of our target market.
    • Develop positioning and messaging to differentiate the firm’s products across primary market segment.
    • Obtain insights into customers’ needs, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
    • Plan, implement and monitor all marketing campaigns across digital, social media and other marketing channels.
    • Plan, manage and monitor our social media platforms.
    • Create useful contents such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts that increases customers’ awareness and knowledge of relevant subjects in our primary market segment.
    • Plan and participate in the launch of new products.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the business to deliver on the objectives of the firm within set timelines.
    • Develop and evaluate important metrics that affects our website traffic, mobile app download, products’ uptake by users, sales performance etc.
    • Provide periodic reports to stakeholders on the firm’s marketing and sales performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising or sales position.
    • Demonstrated experience in organizing marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
    • Excellent market research, customer engagement, and data analytics skills.
    • Sound knowledge of the consumer market and distribution channels.
    • Experience working with multiple agent networks in Nigeria.
    • Demonstrated experience in digital and social media marketing, and content creation.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • N300,000 - N600,000 Monthly Salary.
    • Performance bonuses (technical and financial).

    Store Manager

    Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Store Manager to be responsible for our beauty studio day-to-day operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily salon operations
    • Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
    • Order beauty products when needed and replenish stock
    • Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
    • Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
    • Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
    • Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
    • Promote services, products and discounts on social media
    • Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
    • Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly).

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
    • 1 - 3 years work experience
    • Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role
    • Good knowledge of hair styling and hair products.

    Head of Sales

    Job Summary

    • As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of businesses by sourcing and securing Travel accounts to increase the profitability of the organization totaling billions of Naira in profit.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained
    • Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan of the company
    • Supervise call plan of Sales team through Business Development Managers
    • Identify potential Corporate Clients, Access their credit worthiness and target them for
    • closure within a set timeframe
    • Management of the corporate sales budget
    • Provide accurate forecast and ensure that all branch targets are met
    • Manage and lead the sales team in the different branches
    • Make sales call to the top 20 corporate accounts
    • Develop, Establish and Enforce goals, as well as, policies and procedures for the sales team
    • Conduct weekly/monthly sales meeting and trainings
    • Ensure / maintain the corporate sales receivable (outstanding debt)
    • Deal with clients’ complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy
    • Define KRAs for the Account Officers in sync to the annual target provided
    • Conduct regular MPR (Monthly Performance Review)
    • Acquire Large Multinational Corporate Accounts and handling hardcore negotiations
    • Stay updated with recent market/industry trends, competitors & leading customer strategies
    • Facilitate sales team bonding / workshop
    • Preparation of weekly and monthly report
    • Setting out a long-term, strategic marketing vision for the company in line with growth objectives
    • Analyze customer research, the market and competitor data and making recommendations that drive the growth of the brand
    • Leading all marketing activities and measuring performance through developing appropriate marketing metrics
    • Maintaining, developing and researching potential new strategic relationships within the sector to help drive the growth of the brand
    • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    • 7+ years’ experience with a minimum of 4 years demonstrated involvement working in supervisory role for direct sales.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Strong prospecting skills and Excellent closing skills
    • Exceptional verbal, written & presentation communication skills
    • Experience working in the Travel Industry will be an added advantage
    • Excellent customer service delivery focus
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
    • Excellent attitude and work ethics
    • Excellent Leadership and Managerial Skills
    • Result driven & target oriented.

    Salary
    N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
