Job Description: 

• Develop creative marketing and communication strategies in line with the organization’s objectives;
• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies for the company and clients.
• Must understand the economics behind products and demonstrate business acumen.
• Finding advertising opportunities and different mediums for adverts including the Internet, radio and television.
• Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. He is the one who decides the future course of action for his team members.
• Responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
• Evaluating existing marketing campaigns to see what improvements are needed.
• Monitoring the activities of rival marketing teams.
• Respond to clients’ enquiries, follows and monitor customer reviews.
• Increasing lead generation and communication with sales unit.
• Strategic planning and goal setting with target markets.
• Control and monitor traffic and ROI.
• Coordinate the activities of the marketing department and prepare reports.
• Build brand through relationship management and strategic communications;
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders;
• Continuously monitor, measure and improve effectiveness of communication initiatives.

Qualification and Experience:

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or HND in Communications, Marketing or any relevant course. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage
• Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience in similar position i.e. Marketing, PR and good knowledge of Digital marketing`
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent understanding in how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase visibility, profile and reputation of an organization
• Good understanding of the use of social media.
• Strategic and creative thinker
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Demonstrable project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
