Marketing Communications Assistant at Birdview Travels

Birdview Travels is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Creative Communications Assistant to support the communications team. The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and great organization skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication, English or related discipline
• Professional certifications in digital marketing or social media management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Running company social media advertising campaigns.
• Formulating written content for each social media campaign.
• Maintain social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Building and Maintain brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
• Managing our online communities to ensure appropriate engagement.
• Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year experience in communications, social media management or digital marketing.
• Minimum of 1 year proven social Media Marketing experience.
• Experience developing social media strategies.
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
• Proven ability to build social media communities.
