    Marketing and Support Executive

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess SSCE, OND / HND qualification.

    Responsibilities

    • The marketing and support executive is primarily responsible for acquiring merchants (restaurants, food vendors, bakers, etc) and customers on the Foodluna online ordering platform, implementation of the agreed sales strategy by the organization.
    • Responsible for the signup, training, and follow up of merchants on the platform
    • Provide support and maintain a vibrant business relationship with merchants onboarded on the platform.
    • Identify and prospect for customers to order food through the Foodluna apps
    • Responsible for driving coverage and brand awareness.
    • Influence customer buying decisions through regular meetings and customer engagements, which will allow for information flow.
    • Market intelligence gathering and reporting.
