    Manger, Trade Marketing

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos
    Department: Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and define the Trade Marketing strategies, to offer relevant permanent & temporary solutions for key segments, seasons, events and promotional opportunities.
    • Own point of sale materials from design adaptation to local requirements for trade implementation, maintenance & refresh.
    • Develop efficient, scalable mechanisms for in-store repair and fixtures maintenance.
      Identify, communicate and activate opportunities to further drive perfection at trade
    • Develop and execute end-to-end in store plans for new product launches into the marketplace, including fixtures updates and roll-out, in-store training and asset delivery to retail partners.
    • Work closely with the sales team on customer specific Trade Marketing plans.
    • Identify Shopper Insights to feed into the trade marketing strategy and translate them into winning shopper experiences and actionable plans that deliver on the retail partner objectives.
    • Create and deliver Retail Execution guidelines. Develop and manage trade marketing assets (e.g. digital and physical POS, content, offline marketing and sales collateral) for the use of the sales team and merchandisers.

    Assistant Brand Manager

    Background

    • Our client is seeking a creative, organized and passionate Assistant Brand Manager to help growing brand in line with Organization expectations.
    • This role reports to either a Senior Brand Manager or directly to a Category Manager as the case may be.

    Purpose of Role

    • This role supports and drives the development of a large Tactical Brand, a medium Strategic brand, or a small tactical Portfolio.
    • Supporting the planning, implementation, control and co-ordination of the Equity driving and Market Share-gaining programs designed to sustain the assigned Brand as a veritable asset delivering outstanding value to all consumer and stake holders, aligned to Portfolio Strategy.

    Distribution Development Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Area Office)
    Reports to: Regional Business Manager
    Subordinate / Direct Reports: Retail Development Manager, Retail Development Executive, Store keepers, Security Personnel

    Purpose of Job

    • Direct and co-ordinate Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for each brand and the company in the Area.

    Nature & Scope of Position

    • The incumbent is based at the area office and reports to the Regional Business Manager and works closely with the Logistic and Distribution Manager and HR & Admin Department.

    Key Responsibilities
    Achievement of Sales Target:

    • Develop sales plan & programmes to ensure sales objective is achieved or exceeded.
    • Ensure proper budgeting control and monitoring of sales performance against plan.
    • Provide distributors and customers in the Area with information about new or improved products and services, price change to improve sales in the region.

    Purpose of Job

    • Responsible for the efficient redistribution of company products within assigned or planned locations in an area office, thus drive retail sales in outlets.

    Nature & Scope of Position

    • The incumbent is based at the area office and reports to the Regional Business Manager.

    Key Responsibilities
