    Maintenance Supervisor (Steel Fabrication)

    Job Description

    • Ensure 100% compliance to preventive maintenance program for critical equipment's (Generators, compressors, overhead crane , cutting and bending machine, Press break machine etc.)
    • Conduct regular inspections of Factory equipment's to seek out potential problems and get the operators feedback conditions of filling machines, Laser machine and etc
    • Resolve maintenance issues that may arise in the course of production
    • Understand the implementation of Quality management system (based on ISO requirements) in the Factory.
    • Prepare Monthly Reports which shall include the maintenance down time, corrective & Preventive actions taken, spares consumed, improvements/ achievement done & challenges.
    • Identify the cost reduction measures in spares consumption, energy consumption, and Utility services consumption.
    • Assess, estimate and propose annual maintenance budgets for the plant and ensure it's within the approved budget.
    • Maintains data on effectiveness of preventative maintenance program
    • Ensure the maintenance program is adhered to and ensure timely attendance to breakdowns reported by the section supervisors and make sure all engineering changes are captured and monitored
    • Executes maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules; ensures materials are available for scheduled repairs and emergencies
    • Ensure the compliance of Preventive Maintenance & Statutory activities as per PM Plan & update the PM records, History cards in the system.
    • Close partnership between engineering, production, quality control departments.

    Qualifications

    • Min of B.Sc Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering course
    • Min 5-7 years experience in steel manufacturing industry
    • COREN/AETI other professional certification related to the job
    • Good knowledge of machine and tools including repairs and design

    • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
    • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
    • Customer focus.
    • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Well organized with excellent time management skills.
    • Valid real estate agent/broker license.

    Sales Engineer (Electronic Screen Board)

    Job Description

    • Our client is looking to fill the role of Sales Engineer (Electronic Screen Board).
    • It’s is primarily a digital signage application engineer role which requires sales skills to effectively engage customer face to face and assist in closing deals.

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities

    • Pre-sales support to the Sales team, preparing the necessary information needed about the solution to implement in each project;
    • Product training, Partner Certification of SI on a quarterly basis;
    • Support on answering the necessary documentation for public contests, and tender business that need complex proposals;
    • Show Room maintenance and solutions deployment to enhance business to customers;
    • To present the company’s Products, “evangelize” partners, end-customers to understand the advantage of the products.
    • Be aware and updated on all trends, new solutions and technologies for the company to be known by partners and customers as the leading force regarding future technologies and in that way be recognized in the market as a true expert in its field;
    • Develop new partnerships to offer Company’s products to the target clients, pushing the bordering of product line and integrate different GBUs.
    • Use the Company’s Partners SI certificated customers to develop differentiated products/solutions from competitors.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Information Technology or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years Cognate experience in sales and/or engineering experience in the Digital Signage Industry
    • Must have experience in either display or solution area of digital signage.
    • Knowledge of Digital TV systems, hardware systems, e.g. operation of PC Servers, IP Switches, MPEG4 Encoders
    • Experience with Digital Signage systems and Audio / Visual systems.

    Required Skills:

    • Engineering skills, fast execution, focus and motivation for goals achievement
    • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
    • Self-starter, innovative and able to work independently.
