    Business Development Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop marketing strategies for the business to increase the visibility and profitability of the brand.
    • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget for business efficiency.
    • Generating new business leads by drafting strategic proposals to pitch the business to other organizations – B2B proposals to Government agencies, Private corporations, etc.
    • Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies for operational efficiency.
    • Representing the business as an ambassador at business meetings, workshops, and seminars as required by Management.
    • Monitors google reviews as well as the website performance, ensuring price integrity etc.
    • Ensures smooth relationships and effective vendor management.
    • Develop processes and procedures regarding the marketing activities of the business for a seamless sales and marketing journey.
    • Overseeing marketing campaigns (branding, advertising, promotions) to increase brand awareness and market share through launching innovative products and services.
    • Hiring and managing the performance of the sales executives, graphic designers, social media manager, and digital marketer.
    • Oversee E-Commerce staffs in customer service management in online/offline services.
    • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
    • Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
    • Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
    • Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
    • Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
    • Looking after the marketing department's budget and ensuring the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
    • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as flyers, websites, and brochures.
    • Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals where required

    Requirements

    • M.Sc./MBA Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
    • B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as a business development manager.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).

    • Effective persuasive and negotiation skills

    • High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.

    Sales Executive

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
    • Support the activities of the entire business management unit to achieve the overall goals and mission of the company.
    • Establish close business relationships with existing and prospective clients and act as a contract negotiator in transactions.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preference and position our products accordingly.
    • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
    • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
    • Drive growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    • Support the implementation of the marketing strategies and take necessary action to correct deviations.
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and position our products accordingly.
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

    Education and Experience Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or related roles.
    • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

    • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

    • Effective communication skills.

    • Exceptional customer service skills.

    • Good relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with local and international clients.
