    Production Engineer / Specialist

    DESCRIPTION

    Engineers contributing primarily to the Production stage of operation, while sharing Production knowledge to support asset development and technology commercialization.

    Sphere of Influence:

    • Internal: Immediate work group and interfaces from other disciplines
    • External: Work effectively with partners and contractors in pursuit of efforts on the projects and assets they support.
    • Participate in industry conferences that align with the individual's skills and business focus.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Support project development from concept selection through commissioning and startup and/or all phases of asset operational life through asset sale or decommissioning.
    2. Apply understanding of oil and gas producing operations, and teamwork, communication and presentation skills to develop and deliver cost effective technical support within your discipline.
    3. Primary contributions will be at the individual contributor level in skill areas specific to the individual's current and primary job families.
    4. Document completed efforts such that others can leverage their work to enable efficient future similar efforts. Identify opportunities to improve work processes.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    1. Expected to have a broad skill set and considered proficient in the following skill areas: Wellbore Hydraulics, Well Performance, Completion Design, Workover Design, Fluid Flow & Hydraulics, Operations Support and Surveillance, and Artificial Lift.
    2. Closely related professional experience
    3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
    4. Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    5. Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    7. Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

    Risk and Loss Prevention Engineer Specialist III

    DESCRIPTION

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the project's goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, Level 3:
    • Review designs for new projects and upgrade of existing facilities for compliance with company and industry safety standards.

    Logistics Coordinator

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    Work in-country to manage the EPC’s Logistics and Materials Management process. Serve as Logistics interface between Logistics Manager/Lead and Contractor organization to ensure logistics execution. Interface between Logistics manager/Lead and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). Provide Logistics and Materials Management support for all project deliverables.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition to all Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, a Level 2:

    1. Schedule and maintain shipments, internal and external
    2. Field incoming calls and emails, responding appropriately and timely to customer inquiries
    3. Enter orders received verbally and via fax/email into the computer system
    4. Attend planning and prioritization meetings with high level customers

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement
    • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical degree
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    • General computer knowledge with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
    • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
    • Willing to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support
