    Deputy Sector Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the activities of the Sales Managers & Sales Assistants
    • Onboarding and managing key merchants in the identified sectors in their locality
    • Hit sales quotas, coordinate sales assistants to ensure they prospect and onboard businesses
    • Design and ensure implementation of scalable sales strategy for their team member
    • Follow up with sales assistant to ensure active and inactive business partners are visited and if need be mobilize retrieval of POS from inactive business partners
    • Recruit, onboard and train sales assistants and continuously improve sales processes
    • Ensure sales assistant are meet up target
    • Actively collate report from sales assistant and give same to the superior

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 4-6 years of experience in Similar field
    • Management skills
    • Leadership and relationship management skills are required.
    • Sectors include FMCGs, Betting, Markets, Chain Structured Businesses and Health & Pharmaceuticals.

    Salary
    NGN300,000 / Month (KPI bonus available).

    Sector Sales Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting and onboarding of businesses
    • Follow-up with businesses to ensure active usage of the deployed POS Retrieve POS from users when they become in active or dormant
    • Visit merchant regularly to get information and communicate same to the superiors

    • 1-2 years of experience in Similar field

    Marketing Assistant

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description
    Sales and Marketing Core:

    • Support with the preparation of marketing plans and implementation of marketing strategies for all business units
    • Management of the 5 Marketing P’s per brand together with the local sales organizations.
    • Collate quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

    Market Intelligence:

    • Conducting marketing research, market intelligence across different user and retail markets in the country.

    Event Management:

    • Responsible for coordination of dealer and user events, customer management and support in ensuring optimum customer experience.
    • Participate in marketing activations, product demonstrations, training of users etc

    Website & SoMe Management:

    • Management of the Bosch Brand Website, FB and other social media handles. Assist with SEO, media content, email marketing and SoMe campaigns

    Indirect Purchasing:

    • Play an intermediation role between Bosch and external agencies.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc
    • 1 - 2 years of experience in similar role

    Salary
    NGN 150,000 monthly.
