    Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

    The key purpose of this role is primarily responsible for managing logistics fleet (Trucks, Forklifts, Sweepers) to ensure satisfactory product delivery to customers.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Support Warehouse and distribution plan and operation by optimizing fleet uptime
    • Drive all Fleet PIs and KPIs for positive impact to Logistics KPIs.
    • Manage and Schedule Preventive Maintenance for trucks and Forklifts
    • Manage and Schedule Repairs of trucks and Forklifts
    • Manage and report fleet inspection checklist
    • Process Purchase Requisition for Stock & Non- Stock Items
    • Spare parts Inventory Management & Control
    • Manage onsite 3PL contractors
    • Fleet rescue and intervention
    • Manage time and attendance of all direct and indirect reports
    • Review daily consumption of Fuel (Diesel or LPG)
    • Track fuel supply, issuance consumption per Vehicle and driver, putting up actions to reduce high consumption to save cost.
    • Ensure good vendor management, SLA compliance as required by the company policy.
    • Ensure that all Fleet employees and contactors are competent and certified to perform their tasks safely and efficiently
    • Run Fleet department vehicle spares warehouse and implement inventory standard as per DPO/VPO.
    • Implement Fleet operation Safety and improvement plan as required by DPO/VPO Safety pillar.

    Utilities Instrument Technician

    The key purpose of this role is to Performs optimization /modifications of process control systems. Supports the installations of process control systems. Maintain, calibrate, repair equipment, optimize brewery plant equipment and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Comply with safety, health and environmental procedures and legislation
    • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
    • Locate plant, equipment, spares, and relevant documentation / systems
    • Plan and prepare the job
    • Carry out repairs / maintenance

    • Support the development of and upgrade preventative maintenance procedures for process control systems.
    • Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts.
    • Maintain working knowledge of new technology instrumentation, software, etc., through reading and/or attending conferences, workshops or other training.
    • Provide engineering/projects support and recommendations for new and existing equipment about installation, upgrades, and enhancement.
    • Troubleshoot Brewing and E&F as well as Packaging process control systems when required.

    Profile:

    • Min. of B.Sc./HND in Electrical Engineering.
    • 2 Years on the job training with SKAP completed
