    Regulatory Compliance Officer

    Job Description

    • Ensures that the business entity complies with the Nigeria’s administrative requirement in line with CAMA and CAC process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Compliance with all relevant regulatory permits and licenses requirements by ensuring validity and timely renewal for all business entities (E.g., DPR License, Recruiters License).
    • Directly responsible for process and procedures to ensure administrative and regulatory compliance (licensing / permitting) with applicable oil and gas regulatory requirements as well as good business practices for assigned business entity.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in any related discipline
    • 3-5 years of cognate post-NYSC
    • Experience in the upstream industry is mandatory especially in the areas of administrative documentation and Oil and Gas Licensing / permitting process will be an added advantage
    • Relevant professional Certification would be an added advantage.
    • Experience of liaising with external parties such as government departments, regulatory authorities, and service providers.
    • Knowledge of Nigeria’s administrative process for companies under the CAMA and CAC processes
    • Knowledge of r and standard administrative documentation processes such as TCC, NSITF,
    • Knowledge of oil and gas Licensing and Permitting process with regulatory bodies (DPR, NCDMB)
    • Knowledge of engineering professional bodies related to oil and gas in Nigeria NSE, COREN, COMEG, ISPON etc.
    • The ability to perform the administrative functions attached to a specific job such as correspondence, documentation management and general administration
    • Effective time and resources management.
    • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and relationship building skills to effectively collaborate well with colleagues, or stakeholders. This is also particularly important as regulatory officers need to communicate key regulatory changes and updates.

    Product Sales Specialist

    Job Description

    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key departments across the clients, namely engineering & Projects to identify their technical needs relating to the assigned products.
    • Conduct regular visits to stakeholders across all Clients for follow up on current business and spotting new opportunities.
    • Conduct surveys across all clients to develop an accurate and detailed database for the assigned product lines, record and keep track of their status and activities in order to initiate and develop business opportunities through proposing interventions, overhauls, upgrades, replacements, etc.

    Requirements

    IT Support Officer

    Job Description

    • Responsible for Toner replacement.
    • Cabling & Cable Management.
    • Assume responsibility for documentation and inventory supervision.
    • Office activation for users on firewall and server administration
    • Troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues on PCs.
    • Preparing new Desktops.
    • IP telephony troubleshooting.
    • Support all users with IT installation and configuration of new equipment per the IT Administrator’s request.

    Contract Engineer

    Job Description

    • Identify potential bidders for goods and/or services required and assist in the preparation of adverts, pre-qualification questionnaires, technical and commercial evaluation reports.
    • Execute vendor prequalification, develop, and maintain a database of prequalified vendors for related goods and/or services.
    • Collate and compilation of all tender documentation after receipt of approval. Prepare and undertake tender commercial evaluations post-receipt of tenders, draft and coordinate formal award recommendations and present to senior management.
    • Prepare and coordinate all Invitation to Bid exercises in line with Company’s contract terms and conditions.
    • Maintain and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure cost-effective contractual terms.

    Requirements

    • Possess 8 - 10 years of proven experience in contract management with relevant oil and gas industry experience.
    • Possess Professional qualification in Procurement, Surveying or other relevant profession.
    • Relevant Engineering / Technical / Legal qualification.
    • Possess competency with contract preparation, negotiation, tendering and award procedures.
    • Demonstrable general knowledge & understanding of commercial, legal and insurance issues affecting the Company in general, & "in depth" understanding where relevant to contracts for works, goods & services.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • High level of computer literacy, including experience of using specialist procurement software and computer system.
    • Excellent negotiation, contract management and relationship management skills.
