    Business Development Executive

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Basic Function

    • The Business Development Executive will develop new business opportunities for the Company through the attraction of new clients within Nigeria and support in formalizing the Company`s business plan and manage the activities that will achieve the Company Gross Turnover and Margin, while maintaining existing clientele relationship.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Win business across the variety of Company’s businesses for execution in Nigeria thereby making company a known name in this field in Nigeria.
    • Frequent business relationship with industry experts and regulatory bodies like DPR, NAPIMS, NiPeX
    • Recommend Bid/No bid decisions in accordance with market circumstances and company guidelines and strategy.
    • Build relationships with stakeholders, current and potential clients / partners.
    • Identify and minimize company commercial risk in proposals through liaison with Commercial group.
    • To support in formalizing the Company`s business plan for Nigeria and manage the activities that achieve the Company Gross Turnover and Margin by selective tendering and management of business development budgets.
    • Identify Industry exhibitions & Marketing events suitable to showcase Company’s business activities and competencies in Nigeria

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Minimum Qualifications: Engineering Degree or Bsc Degree
    • Minimum Experience: 10 years, preferably in a related Oil & Gas service company

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management and commercial skills.
    • Ideally has a background in solutions and services and experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery, and will provide valuable input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions and solution design.
    • Proven capability in winning and delivering million-dollar equipment or complex services opportunities.
    • Experience and knowledge of Nigeria and wider African Oil and Gas Market
    • Proven track record of Bids/ITT’s execution on NiPeX portal
    • Proven track record of valuable relationship/contacts in the industry and regulatory bodies (DPR, NNPC, IOC’s and Marginal & Independent Field Operators and EPIC’s etc.
    • Proven track record of sourcing yet to be advertised bids and converting bids to contracts.
    • Valuable and proven years of Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Industry.

    Application Engineer

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Basic Function

    • The application engineer will be the focal point for all technical interactions with the Customer in Nigeria (Africa), while liaise with all support and functional groups as required to facilitate a techno-commercial proposal.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Exhibit sound knowledge of the equipment / packages and technical solutions offered by the company and a broad understanding of the design.
    • Demonstrate design features and advantages of the equipment / packages offered by Company.
    • Review of customer RFQ/ITT and disseminate to the BD / Proposals
    • Liaise with Proposals / Engineering to convey the operational issues faced by Customer in order to provide technical solutions
    • Review the Technical proposal to ensure that the solution offered meets Customer expectations
    • Liaise with Proposal team as required to develop techno-commercial proposal.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Minimum Qualification: Chemical Engineering Degree
    • Minimum Experience: 15 years, preferably in a related Oil & Gas service company

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Sound Technical knowledge in Oil and Gas Industry (Gas / Condensate Processing, Gas Dehydration and Dew-pointing, Amine Treatment, Produced Water Treatment, NGL, CNG, LNG, Water Injection, EPF)
    • Should possess Operational / Technical services experience to understand operational issues and profess solutions
    • Possess good knowledge of the industry and be familiar of equipment suppliers and vendors
    • Possess multi-functional knowledge of Process equipment (including rotating machinery / power generation / control systems).
    • Possess adequate commercial awareness
