    Field Monitors, TPM Consultant

    Purpose of the position 

    • The Field Monitors, TPM Consultant will provide logistics and operational project-related support for assigned jobs across clients/brands to ensure that eHA execution stays on track and meets agency/client process and guidelines.
    • They gain the knowledge needed to provide relevant communication to the team and assist in the planning and organizing of job activities to ensure agency deliverables are accurate, timely and within budget.

    What you’ll do  

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned:

    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the state Coordinators 
    • Work with the LGAs Cooperating partners CP to monitor WFP food assistance programs deliverables 
    • Monitor and report issues in the CP food distribution sites on the quality and quantity of assistance provided to beneficiaries
    • Observe and report the process and timeliness of food distribution assistance delivery 
    • Conduct FGD on the beneficiary level of understanding about their entitlements
    • Conduct onsite monitoring to ascertain beneficiary experiences at distribution points and Beneficiary level of satisfaction with WFP’s assistance
    • Conduct retailer monitoring of selected WFP Retailer’s/trader’s standard of implementing WFP’s programme
    • Assessed the beneficiary utilization of assistance received from WFP 
    • Conduct regular Warehouse monitoring to validate stock balances and status of food commodities delivered 
    • Coordinates all TPM activities in the assigned LGA
    • Implement the team monthly work plan and report to the State Coordinator 
    • Ensures work packages and products are delivered to appropriate quality, in a set timeline 
    • Upload field data collected to WFP server, and safeguard all allocated work tools 
    • Submits monitoring reports daily and ensures daily field Data submissions after validation.
    • Maintain and Update plans, risk, issue and quality registers as well as any other registers/logs delegated by the State Coordinator 
    • Regular supervision of field monitors and activity converges of TSFP, CBT-voucher , Distribution monitoring, Livelihood activities, market price data collection and assigned field level assessment 
    • Attend monthly debriefing meeting and provide LGA level updates to the program manager 
    • Works closely with government, stakeholders and Cooperating Partners within the LGA to ensure smooth implementation of all TPM activities
    • Participates in coordination meetings at the LGA 
    • Work closely with the security team to ensure all field activities are implemented within a safe environment
    • Reports directly to the State Coordinator  on any tasks as assigned
    • Use assigned tools to monitor and report filed activity as assigned 
    • Participate and promote a positive, supportive, cooperative team environment
    • Adheres to policies and procedures
    • Adheres to eHealth Africa’s code of conduct as well as ethical standards
    • Is consistently at work and on time.

    • Flexible to be deployed to another location within short notice

    • National Diploma, B.Sc. degree in a related field 
    • Experience working with tracking systems such as VTS, GTS, etc
    • Minimum of 1 year cognate experience, NGO experience is an added advantage
    • Knowledge of the assigned state is an added advantage to software and solutions
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of GIS 
    • Must have a good understanding of IT equipment and equipment troubleshooting 
    • Must be ready to mobilize to the assigned state immediately
    • Must have the ability to manage conflicts and resolve problems effectively
    • Change agility and resourcefulness, respond appropriately to risk and uncertainty

    State Coordinator, TPM Consultant

    • Prepares the team plan and agrees it with the Project Manager
    • Ensures work packages and products are delivered to appropriate quality, in a set timeline and with the assigned budget tolerance.
    • Monitor, manage the team's work plans and monthly achievement 
    • Collates and validates all forms and monitoring reports submitted by field monitors daily and authorizes daily field submissions after validation.
    • Maintain and update plans, risk, issue and quality registers as delegated by the Project Manager.
    • Regular supervision of field monitors and activity converges 
    • Development of monthly field and supervisory reports
    • Works closely with government, stakeholders and Cooperating Partners within the LGA to ensure smooth implementation of all TPM activities
    • Participates in coordination meetings at the LGA 
    • Conducts/Coordinates refresher trainings and provide technical support for field monitors
    • Work closely with the security team to ensure adherence  to the security SOP
    • Reports directly to the Project Manager on any tasks as assigned
    • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
    • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures

    Emergency Operation Center (EOC) Office Manager

    Purpose of the position

    • The Emergency Operation Center (EOC) office Manager oversees, plans and organizes the technical aspects and activities of the EOC. 
    • S/he coordinates and performs a wide variety of administrative and technical services to support the activities of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and serves as a primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external stakeholders.

    What you’ll do

    • Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external stakeholders and partners on a range of specified issues.
    • Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events. Sets up meeting rooms with appropriate technology and arranges lunches, dinners and refreshments for meetings
    • Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the organization, as appropriate, to include maintenance, inventory management, logistics, security, and related activities.
    • Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and manage all their expectations accordingly. 
    • Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain EOC employees records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains Performance Management KPIs 
    • Maintains all electronic information and EOC resources, tools and materials, including files on the shared drive.
    • Provides general administrative/Technical support to the EOC and Partners as required. 
    • Attends and participates in staff meetings, training classes and supervision.
    • Adheres to Policies and Procedures.
    • Adheres to eHealth Africa Code of Conduct as well as ethical standards of the field.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. . 
    • Minimum of four (4) years supervisory experience preferably with a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Significant and advanced experience may substitute for the Master’s degree.
    • Minimum of Three (3) years Technical administrative support experience preferably in an International NGO or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Able to communicate by various modes such as verbally in-person, Mobile phone, pager, and direct connect/radio. 
    • Must have knowledge of Basic first aid procedures.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and great attention to detail. Must be able to work as a member of a team and possess good   skills.
    • Must have flexibility in working hours, including on-call availability and the willingness to work holidays. Excellent customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication skills required including written, verbal and interpersonal.
