    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Brief

    • An established real Estate Company in Lagos is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive its digital and social media marketing efforts.
    • If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

    Requirements

    • BS / MS Degree in Marketing or a related field with 4 years work experience.
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    General Manager

    Job Brief

    • We are seeking a competent General Manager who will be responsible for improving efficiency and departmental performance while managing the company's overall operations.
    • Your main duties include overseeing several elements of the business, including hiring staff, operations management, supplier management and budget preparation.

    • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude.

    Growth & Marketing Manager

    Job Brief

    • We are is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager, to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies.
    • Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with cross functional teams (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Cityworks revenue goals.
    • Create , manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
    • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
    • Oversee the management of all social media platforms and drive content creation
    • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
    • Prepare and present recommendations , reports and findings from experimental data to juniors all the way up to executive level.

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
    • Solid project management skills with a bias for agile project management
    • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional product development and sales teams
    • Strong track record in marketing and/or growth
    • Outstanding written , oral and organizational ability
    • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and other relevant Social media, email and project management tools.
