    Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

    The CRM Consultant is effective in determining practical solutions for both business and technical processes. The individual has a proven track record of delivering high quality projects that result in high customer satisfaction. The individual works closely with resources at all levels. A successful consultant in this position is able to demonstrate strong relationships with internal clients in gathering business requirements, assessing business needs, providing and implementing creative and effective solutions that conform to emerging technology standards. The consultant is detail oriented, able to multi-task, extremely organized, and is able to prioritize multiple demands in a very fast paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that has a passion for helping organizations solve complex business problems leveraging technology solutions.

    Role

    • Consulting, covering all aspects including presales and sales, product demonstrations and implementation of primarily Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
    • Liaise with sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, champion client presentations, and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary
    • Documenting as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents
    • Liaise with prospects / clients to understand business requirements
    • Champion requirements gathering sessions, develop design specification documents and perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation and documentation.
    • Advises customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architecture
    • Creates the functional and technical specifications documentation for the project.
    • Champion design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes
    • Writes specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations
    • Configure and customize the CRM system based on design specifications
    • Develop test plans and scripts
    • Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application
    • Responsible for coding, unit testing, and creating supporting documentation for Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions.
    • Advise on complex Dynamics CRM business cases, propose, and implement comprehensive solutions based on CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
    • Provide Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members
    • Champion the Installation, setup, and configuration of dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
    • Champion data migration from external systems into dynamics 365 CRM
    • Demonstrate expertise in Industry areas of focus, contribute to development of Industry solutions
    • Champion the migration from a legacy system to a newer version
    • Champion configurations within Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform OOTB-functionality to implement business logic and automate business processes.
    • Champion delivery of product training in a classroom or on-site setting.
    • Support UAT with business users, capturing and reporting defects to the project to enable review, required remediation and re-test.
    • Maintain professional quality service. Earn respect of our clients through demonstration of adaptability, commitment, resourcefulness, and proactive communications.
    • Maintain best practices in throughout Dynamics 365 projects
    • Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends

    • Previous work experience with small/mid/enterprise companies and comfortable talking with clients at all levels of within an organization

    Power Platform Developer

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Power Platform Developer to design and develop power platform solutions utilizing the various components of the power platform from power apps, power BI, power virtual agents and power automate to modernize the workplace.

    The Role

    • Building solutions using power apps (canvas app, model driven app), power pages, power automate (cloud flows & Robotic process automation), power bi, power virtual agents, ai builder, dataverse, PCF (Power Apps Code Components) and connectors for clients and internal solutions.
    • Design and implement end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
    • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
    • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
    • Champion technical design sessions: collect, analyze, identify, and document functional requirements that meet the client's needs
    • Embed Power Platform components in Teams, SharePoint, web applications and more.
    • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to applications that extend Microsoft 365 platforms.
    • Document and demonstrate solution though flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, user guide, and more.
    • Be imaginative, enthusiastic, courageous; show high creativity and initiative and deliver new approaches to solutions.
    • Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
    • Addressing and remediating security vulnerability findings in PowerApps
    • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
