    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Key Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for the sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
    • Arrange for meetings and presentations
    • Achieve allocated sales revenue targets
    • Conduct regular market intelligence activities
    • Contribute to the development of healthcare plans
    • Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing and sales plan.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc (2nd class lower) or HND (Upper credit) in Marketing, Social Sciences or any management related course
    • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience preferably in the HMO or Insurance industry
    • Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be an added advantage
    • Excellent selling and customer relationship skills
    • Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written).

    Medical Manager (Doctor)

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee healthcare provider network development and management
    • Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, and wellness programmes
    • Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
    • Assist in the marketing of health plans to private and public organisations.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of a quality assurance and utilization review program.
    • Developnew policies and procedures and enforces existing standards. Constructs, evaluates, and revises forms in consultation with the Medical Services Director.
    • Oversee administration of the plan benefits and delivery of care by the Providers. Supervise determination of covered benefits for members and develop procedure lists for complex or detailed tasks related to case management.

    Requirements

    • A fully qualified Doctor with minimum 3 years clinical experience.
    • 4 - 5 years' experience inclusive of clinical experience, in a Managed Care / HMO variety of health care settings is required.
    • Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
    • Must be a Registered Doctor in Nigeria with a valid practicing certification.
    • Work in a standard office environment. Must attend meetings, seminars and speaking engagements throughout the County.
    • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
    • Excellent & persuasive communicator - written and oral
    • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
    • Experience in planning and leading the implementation of strategic initiatives
    • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
