    Inventory Officer

    The Vacancy exists at our Iyana Ipaja Terminal.

    Candidates resident in this Iyana Ipaja or very proximate locations are preferred.

    Job Requirements:

    • BSc/ HND (Minimum 2.2/ Lower Credit) from an accredited tertiary institution.
    • Certificate in Accounting/ numeric field will be added advantage. 

    Job Description:

    • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
    • Inspect the levels of business supplies and materials to identify shortages
    • Ensure stock is adequate for all distribution request and can cover direct demand
    • Record all deliveries to reconcile inventory
    • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
    • Place orders to replenish stock to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
    • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
    • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
    • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
    • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc

    Customer Experience Officer

    The Vacancy exists at our Ajah Terminal.

    Candidates resident in this/ very proximate locations are preferred.

    Cadre: Entry Level

    Job Requirements:

    • BSc/ HND [2.2/ Lower Credit] from an accredited/ reputable tertiary Institution.

    Job Description:       

    • Make or update travel reservation(s) for walk in guest using the online booking system.
    • Create and maintain Guests/ reservation records.
    • Resolve service matters in-person or virtually.
    • Forward booking/traveling reschedule requests to the concerned unit.
    • Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system.
    • Assist with Guests’ luggage check in.
    • Ensure Guests’ complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate Unit(s).
    • Adhere to all company policies and promote brand Goodwill.
    • Promote/ Cross sell the GIGM online booking app and other Company products & services.
    • Assist Guests that require special assistance to board or depart conveyance.
