An Agro & Allied business is looking to hire for the following positions, individuals who will work at various levels to manage a newly established farm occupying over 220 hecters of land in Imeko/Afon LGA of Ogun State:  

Qualifications and Requirements

• B. Sc /HND in Agricultural Sciences, Management, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in such position in an organized agro company 
• Experience in Crop & Animal Management
• Knowledge of Agribusiness development & produce sales
• Finance and operations management experience
• Knowledge of creation of workplan for land preparation, fertilizing, planting of crops, cultivation and harvesting
• Use of MS Office tools           
• Ability to manage both internal and external clients
• Good communication skills

Salary – From N220,000

• Minimum of 3 years’ crop or animal farming experience in such position in an organized agro company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting experience
• Skills for supervising teams for peak performance
• Operations management experience

Summary - Deep analysis and segmentation of the retail market and its characteristics  to ensure an effective approach to product development most suitable for the market and acquisition of a retail base ensuring company becomes a market leader in the retail space as an HMO providing affordable and accessible healthcare.

Qualification:

• B.Sc with a Post graduate degree being an additional advantage
• Minimum 8 - 10 years total work experience in a strategy and sales role most preferably
