Service Purpose
- The Training Coordinator (Safety Dojo Room) plans, schedules, and coordinates safety training activities delivered in the Safety Dojo Room, ensuring sessions are well-prepared, properly documented, and aligned with site HSE requirements and operational priorities.
- The role supports trainers and learners by managing logistics, training records, learning materials, and continuous improvement actions to strengthen safe behaviors and reduce workplace risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Safety Dojo Room, including room readiness, equipment availability, and adherence to housekeeping standards.
- Maintain the training calendar: schedule sessions, manage invitations/attendance lists, and coordinate with departments to optimize learner participation.
- Support facilitators with session logistics (sign-in sheets, assessment tools, and practical demonstrations).

- Experience using SharePoint, Excel trackers, or similar recordkeeping systems.
