    Internal Auditor

    Location: Ibadan, Oyo

    The Position

    • We are looking for an internal auditor to provide guidance on financial accuracy, internal controls and regulatory compliance.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for examining and improving operating practices, and financial and risk management processes of the organization.
    • Developing, implementing and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
    • Identifying and reducing all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
    • Conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
    • Overall supervision of planned annual audits.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Internal Auditing or Financial Accounting
    • Must have completed NYSC.
    • 3 years and above work experience in an internal audit environment(Fraud auditing included)
    • Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.

    Customer Service Executive (Abuja)

    Job Description

    • Promptly and cordially, answer the corporate phone lines within your responsibility area.
    • Screen, route and refer calls to the appropriate person or voicemail, in a professional manner.
    • Promptly and courteously welcome visitors and provide requested information and/or direct them to the proper person or department.
    • Review incoming mails and distribute them in accordance with established corporate procedures.
    • Prompt processing and dispatch of outgoing mails for all departments.
    • Maintain strict client and program confidentiality.
    • Ensure that the reception area is always neat and well organized
    • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office packages.
    • Provide general support as directed by the supervisor.
    • Any other duties may be assigned to you from time to time by management.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (Second class Upper) from a reputable University.
    • Should be good looking and have a good fashion sense(Female Preferably)
    • Must have completed NYSC.
    • Must have had 4 - 7 years post-NYSC Experience, handling clients interface and the front desk.
    • Must reside in Abuja.

    Team Lead, Sales and Marketing

    Overview

    • We are looking for Team Lead, Sales and Marketing to build, oversee and manage team of Sales Executives across all our branches in Nigeria.

    Job Description

    The Team Lead, Sales and Marketing shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:

    • Designing and implementing marketing activities/plans that would ensure effective maximization of the company’s market potentials.
    • Source for viable clients for all core services
    • Ensure that the company’s products are fully subscribed to at all times
    • Support marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, presentations, publications, mailings, etc
    • Assist the team in Identifying and following up on prospective clients within defined area and/or target reach
    • Book prospects meetings with key decision makers to identify and progress opportunities
    • Open new relationships with genuine potentials to develop into profitable long term clients
    • Ensure detailed prospect records are fully maintained.
    • Continually update and develop knowledge of the overall market place, the group’s product and service portfolio and competitor activities and inform management thereon
    • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation and close;
    • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following defined corporate policies and procedures

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper) from a reputable University.

    • A Master’s degree in Marketing or a sales oriented course will be an added advantage
